Research focuses on:

  • Synthesis and modification of mesoporous silica and natural zeolite materials
  • Utilization of biomass waste (rice husk ash and industrial sludge) as silica sources
  • Development of materials for adsorption, catalysis, and enzyme encapsulation
  • Silica–alumina composite materials for environmental and industrial applications
  • Material characterization studies, including sol–gel methods, templating techniques, and porosity analysis
  • Engineering of silica-based materials derived from Indonesian natural resources for environmental and biotechnology applications
