Research focuses on:

  • Synthesis of organic compounds derived from natural products
  • Green chemistry approaches and utilization of biomass waste such as chitosan and eugenol derivatives
  • Development of polymeric and biopolymeric materials, including Schiff bases and chitosan derivatives
  • Applications of synthesized materials as antibacterial agents, antioxidants, adsorbents, and functional materials
  • Engineering of nanoparticle-based materials, such as AgNPs and polymer composites
  • Environmentally friendly (green synthesis) approaches for industrial applications in health, food, and environmental sectors
