Dieng, Central Java – July 18–19, 2026 – The Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Science and Mathematics (FSM), Universitas Diponegoro (UNDIP), successfully conducted its Capacity Building 2026 program in the scenic highlands of Dieng, Central Java. The two-day event brought together faculty members in an engaging atmosphere designed to strengthen collaboration, reinforce shared values, and foster institutional excellence.
Carrying the theme “SPEED 2026: Synergy, Professionalism, Empathy, Work Ethic, and Discipline Towards Achieving Key Performance Indicator (IKU) Targets,” the program served as a platform for reflection, team development, and strategic alignment among academic staff. Through a series of interactive activities, discussions, and team-building sessions, participants reaffirmed their commitment to supporting the Department’s vision and contributing to the University’s continuous improvement.
