- Isolation and characterization of secondary metabolite compounds from plants and endophytic microorganisms
- Biological activities of natural compounds, including antioxidant, antibacterial, antidiabetic, and anticancer properties
- Synthesis of derivative organic compounds (such as azomethines and eugenol-based polymers)
- Encapsulation technology of bioactive compounds using chitosan nanoparticles
- Utilization of natural products (eugenol, cinnamaldehyde, limonene, etc.) for pharmaceutical and food applications
- Applied microbiological studies on endophytic bacteria producing bioactive compounds
